Receptionist:
We are looking for A Dynamic Receptionist with the below details ;
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Greet clients to the office and communicate with them to determine their purpose of visit
Respond to inquiries regarding available properties and property prices in different areas
Assign real estate agents to walk-in clients based on the areas that they cover and their specific expertise
Perform follow-up duties to ensure that all meetings are successfully carried out
Assist clients in filling out client personal information forms and ensure that all such documents are confidentially filed
Provide support in creating informational documents such as brochures and flyers to attract new clients
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to intended recipients within the office
manage and organize our marketing efforts to reach more clients that also enjoys working with those clients directly on a retail level once they walk through our front door or reach out to us through e-mail and social media
Strong knowledge in social media Marketing is mandatory
Active listening and great customer service skills also are a must.
Implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts
Desired Skills:
· Written and verbal communication skills.
· Multitasking and prioritizing.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
· Marketing tools knowledge
· Editing pictures & Videos
· Problem-solving.
· Ability to work under pressure.
Timing:
09:00 AM to 06:00PM
Break Time:
02:00PM to 03:00PM
Qualification:
· Diploma or Bachelor?s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or real estate.
Experience: UAE Experience 0 to 2 years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
