CX Project Manager for UAE Job

VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company.
VAM Systems is currently looking for CX Project Manager for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Key responsibilities for this role:
?? Facilitate meetings and workshops to capture and finetune requirements
?? Manage the WPI Project lifecycle from the initiation till delivery and post deployment monitoring.
?? Ensure the service agreement is well articulated and signed by all respective stakeholders
?? Ensure the BRD is well articulated and signed by all respective stakeholders
?? Participate in testing to ensure all requirements are met
?? Ensure the trainings to key stakeholders is delivered before the insurance launch.
?? Lead the development phase with IT and ensure development is carried within the agreed timeline
?? Work with marketing and CX to prepare awareness campaigns prior to insurance launch.
?? Conduct internal and external review meeting on project?s status, updates and escalation points. Document the MOM
?? and work collaboratively with project coordinator to follow up on actions and ensure its on-time delivery.
?? Ensure up to date plan in the PPM tool and highlight and Risks
?? Follow up with internal teams for their feedback and escalate when required
?? Handle and facilitate any ad-hoc request or changes in regulations and highlight the impact on the project.
?? Support me with other projects that requires additional capacity from our end (e.g. BRDs in pipelines with Coberg for
?? the next 3 months)
?? Support with any BRD draft for any project planned for Q1 2024.
?? Manage other assigned CX Projects.
?? Must should have strong understanding of Business Requirements; Business Process flows and also should identify any
?? gaps and challenge business to come up with the best To-be process/operating model.
?? Should have excellent analytical, problem solving skills, and good communication skills
?? Should have ability to work independently in all type of project i.e. Implementation Testing/Support/ Rollout. Salesforce experience- preferred.
Terms and conditions
Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days)
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in UAE.
