VAM Systems is currently looking for Business Development Officer ?Conversion for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Academic Qualification (Formal Education)
?? Bachelor's Degree
?? BA Finance & Banking
Experience: 11 to 15 Years
Skills
?? Sales and Marketing planning
?? Campaign Management
?? Consumer Finance Pricing & Segmentation
?? Test working knowledge of Islamic Banking Principles
?? Test in depth knowledge of Islamic Banking Financing Products Structures used for Personal Finance, Ijara, Auto Finance, Credit Card
?? Test Project Management knowledge
?? Test in depthunderstanding of Retail Banking Business Flows and processes
?? Test in depth knowledge of Islamic Banking Financing Products Documentation of Personal Finance, Ijara, Auto Finance, Credit Card
?? Test in depthunderstanding of Technologies used for system developments i.e. APIs & Integrations.
?? Consumer Lending
?? Customer Service
?? Loan Processing
?? Loan Management
?? Consumer Behaviour Studies.
?? Must be Fluent in Arabic.
Responsibilities
?? Review and manage the assets products propositions to assure competitive edge of the product in balance with optimized net margins.
?? Monitor Channel performance dashboard and report weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually to senior management.
?? Review/Monitor the Daily Performance, etc. in order to predict and control any issues causing underperformance based on reports and trend analysis of the Market.
?? Provide continues feedback to Line Manager on process adherence and any observed inconsistencies.
?? Market Research of best practices & trends for Retail Financing Products
?? Campaign Management (Requirements, Vendor Management for Development & Delivery, UAT, Production Support)
?? Lead Management (Conversion)
?? Assets Products propositions (Cross-Selling & Pricing)
Terms and conditions
Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days)
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the Banks in Bahrain.
