Job Description:
*Job Role:
A Vendor Portal Administrator will act as a liaison between buyers and expeditors of the assigned key account and SBUs of I&E for the purpose of achieving high vendor performance rating and also to ensure 24/7 online operation, smooth release of enquiries, and payment..
*Job Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor portals of YBA Kanoo with SABIC and ensure its updated 24/7.
- Acts as the focal point to the assigned key customer.
- Take ownership of customer inquiries and problems.
- Provide the highest level of customer service possible.
- Monitor and sort inquires received through the portal in a daily basis.
- Create an automated log/database of all inquiries and its status and suggest any necessary creative changes/optimizations.
- Submit monthly SPR report with detailed analysis of on-time delivery, Late delivery, Overdue line items, undue line items, RFQ participation etc and devise corrective actions.
- Arrange regular vendor performance meeting with customers, both internal and external
- Develop a strong understanding of the products/ services offered by each division.
- Develop a strong understanding of SABIC procurement procedure including e-commerce.
- Support Sales with all sort of issues from PR to GR.
- Achieve high rate of OTD through daily follow-up and support.
- Train and support vendor portal users with any technical difficulties faced.
- Support with submission of joint bids,
- Support with administration of joint bids.
Skills:
- Minimum 03 years of experience managing vendor portals for SABIC / Aramco
- Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline
- Good skills in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel etc.)
- Excellent Time Management and Reporting Skills
