Job Description Contribute to setting, designing and updating the general framework of quality procedures, processes and standards in the ministry based on the guidelines for the quality units competencies in government agencies, and on the policies and procedures that govern the work of departments.



Contributing to improving the quality system through continuous review and measurement processes and mechanisms.



Contribute to checking operations that are subject to quality standards and correct and deal with cases of non-conformity according to the corrective procedures followed.



Contribute to developing work methods and procedures for departmental operations and procedures



Contribute to the development and improvement of workflow methods.



Contribute to preparing periodic quality reports with quality experts



Any tasks related to activating the official powers of the Quality Department

Skills
Holds a PMP certification training, and preferred to obtain the certificate

Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English

It provides practical experience in no less than (7) years

Worked in project management for a period of no less than (3) years, preferably in educational services or in the government sector

Education
Management / Engineering / Information Technology / or any similar fields
