*SUMMARY:

The role is accountable for management of existing and future assets and operators (where applicable). The incumbent will oversee proper execution of hotel projects, operational reviews, asset management & owner's representation. He/ she will work closely with peers in conducting feasibility studies, financial models, hospitality financial performance reviews, commercial due diligence etc. The role holder will act as an advisor for top management on development of concept projects, acquisitions of lands/ properties, initiation and execution of hotel projects and assigning of international operators.


*BACKGROUND:

- Graduate in hospitality management or related field.

- Over 12 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry including a minimum of 5 years in management roles and at least one year as GM of a branded hotel.

- Plausible experience in hotel asset management, operator negotiations & control, expansions, active involvement in preparation of business and strategic plans, feasibility studies and financial modelling plus corporate turnaround services.

- Having worked in both roles; Owners and Operators sides is a definitive advantage.


Skills:

- Managerial skills.

- Interpersonal, communication and networking.

- PC skills.

- Cost consciousness.

- Persuasiveness.

- Assertiveness.

- Strong command of English language. Arabic is highly preferred.
