*Job Description:
- Guide the provision of information and guidance on areas to conduct studies based on the infrastructure, urban design and environment requirements of the Medina region.
- Oversee GIS, urban observatory and research & analytics analysis to identify infrastructure requirements and support in development of studies.
- Oversee the Medina region existing infrastructure, traffic, transportation and environmental needs to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Lead the assessment of urban requirements and provide recommendations and advice to senior management based on latest global trends and best practices.
- Direct the development of urban design studies, which could include in-house and outsourcing development.
- Ensure the effective review of all designs received (for master/urban plans and projects) including public spaces, streets and open spaces to provide recommendations based latest global trends and best practices.
- Guide the development of studies and research on infrastructure, urban design and environment related issues.
- Lead the definition of technical requirements for project tendering process as a result of projects arising from master / urban plans.
