Criteria for Preliminary Screening:
Position: Senior Foreman ? Operations:
Educational qualification:-
Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineer with attested Certificates.
Experience:-
? 8- 10 years of relevant experience with reputed companies as Operation Supervisor in O & M projects, minimum 5 years in large scale Sewage Treatment Plants (min 50,000 m3/d) having very good knowledge of Operating Sewage facilities, systems including Screening, pumping stations, Odor Control facility, Secondary treatment with activated sludge system and tertiary treatment with chlorination facility etc.
Additional Skills:-
? Supervisory skills to motivate and control a workforce of minimum number of 20 to 25 persons.
? Should have Very good communication skills in English both written & Verbal.
? Must be able to produce quality & accuracy in work.
? Must be able to trouble shoot, report and correct problems.
? Must be able to utilize work time properly and productively.
? Willingness to take initiative and Self Confident.
? Shall display maturity in relationships with colleagues.
? Shall be highly disciplined towards company safety rules.
? Should have Excellent Computer skills ? Word & Excel etc.
